1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with third‑party platforms when you explicitly authorize it (e.g., TikTok or Google/YouTube API calls to publish content you direct us to publish).

4. Security

We use industry‑standard security practices to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.

5. Your Rights

You may request:

Contact us at lionskashif@intellomate.com for requests.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We may use cookies or analytics tools to improve user experience and platform performance.

7. Google API Services — YouTube Integration

If you connect a YouTube channel, Broadcast Desk requests the following Google OAuth scopes, and no others:

We only use this access to perform the actions you directly initiate in the Service (publishing a video, scheduling a post, setting a thumbnail). We do not read your private messages, subscriber list, watch history, or any other YouTube/Google data outside these scopes. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Your Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest in our database and are never logged in plaintext. Uploaded video files are stored temporarily on our server only for as long as needed to complete the upload to YouTube. You can revoke Broadcast Desk's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings, or by disconnecting the account from Broadcast Desk's Accounts tab.

Broadcast Desk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
